My first entry for Diana Evans'
Sweet Saturdays. I made these last year around this time of year for my daughter's end-of-the-year class pool party. I was actually only the helper, and it was the brainchild of a friend of mine, inspired by several websites: sushi made of Rice Krispy treats and gummy fish and mini-burgers made of Nilla wafers, chocolate cookies and colored icing. Not exactly healthy snacking, but they were a hit with the kids.
